Reduce your wants and lead a happy and contented life. Never hurt the feelings of others and be kind to all.
Think of god as you get up and when you go to bed. Sri Dharma Mittra

In 2006 I met David Magone, David has been my inspiration and influence and I am grateful to have met him. PranaVayu is an American style of Vinyasa yoga designed to lead you to heights of physical and mental achievement that you might never have thought possible with its innovative system of skeletal alignment and incorporating intensive Buddhist-inspired techniques for the cultivation of mental awareness and peace, PranaVayu is unlike any form of yoga practiced today.

I have taken my first 200 hours of training with David in PranaVayu yoga 2007 – 2009 in Boston.
David’s constant innovation in asana practice is like none other. When my schedule permits, I assist David in
Pranavayu Yoga Teacher Trainings and The Accelerated Modules.

In 2008 I met Sri Dharma Mittra and was drawn to his sincerity and his teaching of cultivating compassion and ahimsa as the ultimate love for all. In 2010 I have graduated as Dharma Yoga Teacher with Level IV in Life of a Yogi Teacher Training in New York City.

Swallowtail Yoga
My first serious yoga teacher was Elaine Wintman in Marblehead, Ma. To this day, Elaine is very influential in my yoga choices and her knowledge of yogic anatomy is yet to be matched.

And many thanks to:
